Practice tone

Informational coaching

Coaches describe joint angles and breathing cues in everyday words. Feedback stays observational and never replaces individualized medical guidance.

We avoid hype language. Progress notes are optional journals that members keep privately. Group metrics are not posted publicly.

If you need clearance before vigorous activity, consult an appropriate practitioner; our team cannot interpret clinical tests.

Format boundaries

Classes cap attendance so instructors can scan the room. Late entry closes once the warm-up block finishes to keep transitions predictable for everyone.

  • Arrive hydrated; water is available near the entry.
  • Footwear is optional; mats are cleaned on a published schedule.
  • Phones stay on silent at the perimeter shelves.

Community

Peer respect

We welcome a wide range of training histories. Comparisons between participants are not part of the curriculum.

Spotting only occurs when requested and within clearly stated boundaries. Anyone may leave the floor at any time without needing to explain publicly.
