Studio conduct
Participants follow coach instructions related to safety spacing and respectful communication. Recording video or audio of other attendees requires their explicit consent.
Health considerations
Activities involve exertion. Individuals decide whether participation suits their circumstances. Staff cannot diagnose conditions or authorize exercise prescriptions.
Vault streaming
Vault materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing unless a separate agreement is signed. Redistribution, public exhibition, or resale of streams is not permitted.
Liability limits
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, liability for indirect losses is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the prior six months.
